Today we have a guest post from Christina Johnson, about relaxing spots to go for your honeymoon. Be inspired and share some love with our guest! Thanks for being here Christina!
Your honeymoon is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and you do not want to spend it with a crowd of other tourists. Lots of people go to the Caribbean, and even more go to Hawaii, but there are lots of tropical destinations out there that have all of the sun and fun you could ask for without the crowds or the expense. Four of the best are St. Lucia, Palau, Seychelles and the Philippines.

1. St. Lucia
As Caribbean islands go, St. Lucia gives off a South Pacific vibe rather than Antilles less built-up than other destinations. The Pitons, two cone shaped mountains in the southern part of the island, are what make St. Lucia unique. Waterfalls adorn the many trails at the foot of the Pitons, take a hike and see all the exotic and magical land has to offer.
If you love nature but also want to see a little bit of civilization during your trip, head to the Philippines. This archipelago includes cities with great food and great nightlife in addition to untouched jungles and places to scuba dive. You can also climb an active volcano or swim with sharks. It just depends on how adventurous you want to be!
Located in the Pacific Ocean nearest to Japan. This destination contains so many adventurous options you may not have a chance to get to them all. Palau is known for its museums and archaeological sites as well as its Kayaking and water sport options. The native Palaun dishes available in restaurants around the island are an experience in itself. Few tourists visit Palau, but there are a few hotels and resorts that will be happy to have you.
If you can, imagine a tropical archipelago surrounded by crystal-clear waters and filled with dense, lush rainforest, few resorts and even fewer tourists. That is what you will find if you visit Seychelles. The 115 islands located in the underrated Indian Ocean make up this archipelago. If you are a fan of nature the Republic of Seychelles will be a sanctuary. You can scuba dive, hike through miles of unmapped jungle, explore unusual wildlife habitats or just relax on the warm beaches. Seychelles is like the Caribbean without the hordes of tourists.
Tourists and natives shuttle between the islands on boats, and one of the most enjoyed activities is island hopping. Enjoy relaxing, exploring and immersing yourself in any one of these cultures!
