Real Couple | Robbie & Juliann

I’m back from vacation! I am officially refreshed and rejuvenated and ready to return to real life… I think. Well, real life awaits, regardless of whether I’m ready for it. So… I’m very excited to jump back into blogging with this fantastic engagement shoot, sent over by the lovely Abby from Abby Grace Photography. This couple is seriously cute, and the location is so much fun! And Abby did such a great job of capturing it all. I’ll stop talking now so you can go enjoy!

From Abby:

Robbie and Juliann met at freshmen orientation for Radford University- their parents actually knew each other. They dated all through college, even when he transferred to Tech for the engineering program. Robbie knew he wanted to marry Juliann long before this spring, but wanted to wait until after she finished her masters at the University of Southern Florida. They’re a completely adorable, in-love kind of couple, and photographing them was an absolute joy. We shot at Glen Echo Park in Maryland, one of my favorite venues, and Juliann was amazing when it came to bringing props that fit in perfectly. I made the bunting for their “Save-The-Date” banner with the colors they’re using for the wedding. I have to say, grooms are usually the less emphatic ones when it comes to picture-taking, but I knew we were going to have fun when Robbie started the session out with “As long as I get to dance and sing, I’ll be happy.” They’re getting married in northern Virginia next fall, and I’m so excited for them!

Thank you again Abby for sending over this lovely shoot! What a great way to start the week. Congratulations Robbie and Juliann!
