Real Wedding | Whitney & Chris

I have a seriously amazing wedding to share with you guys today. These gorgeous images were sent over by Erin from EE Photography – she does truly beautiful work! And I think you’ll see why I love this wedding so much – check out the end-of-ceremony surprise, and the awesome dance party! So fun. Enjoy!

From Erin: Whitney and Chris were wed in the beautiful town of Nacogdoches, just outside an adorable little bed and breakfast called The Jones House B&B. The lovely reception was in a huge, beautiful white tent. The weather turned out to be a dream, with soft temperatures, a light breeze, and beautiful sunny skies.

I’ve never been to that part of Texas, but I ended up being so enamored with the beautiful trees! Oh I just wanted to buy a cottage, build a garden and become an painter. Well, maybe one day… it sure would be a beautiful place to live.

Right after the ceremony and before the bride and groom exited the church, there was a fantastic surprise! A gospel choir filed in down the aisle and sang “O Happy Day” for Whitney and Chris as they exited. So much joy!

Wonderful job to the amazing Katie Sellers for her creative event planning and fresh flowers! Stunning!!

The bride and groom along with all their friends and family were so much FUN! I’m not sure if I’ve ever attended a wedding with such dancing, great moves, and talented singing :D. They provided these awesome 80′s sunglasses which added so much personality to all the photos :). And their band, Ice House, was so fantastic!

Thank you again to Erin for sharing this fabulous day with us! Congratulations Whitney and Chris!!

AH! I love this! I definitely cried when I read the part about the gospel choir- what an awesome metaphor. Love love love! And all the paper lanterns in the reception tent look AMAZING.
